First time here. I really enjoyed it. The staff are wonderful and welcoming. A quirky place and very dog friendly. I enjoyed the vibe. Will definitely be back.
Amazing dog friendly experience. The barstaff where incredibly welcoming and friendly. They take a picture of your pup and stick them on the wall. Theres an Asian pop up just off the bar too.
Great bar!
Moved into the area recently and this bar quickly became our favourite.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Food is always delicious and recommend the pub quiz!
It's always good craic, and happy to call the guys friends.
The Barber's Bar has become a go-to spot for after-work relaxation and socializing. One of the standout features of this pub is its dog-friendly policy, making it a perfect gathering place for pet owners.
The bar staff are excellent. Their friendly and efficient service adds to the overall positive experience. The atmosphere here strikes a perfect balance between lively and relaxed, conducive to both unwinding after a long day and engaging in lively conversations.
During the summer months, Barber's Bar transforms beautifully, offering outdoor seating that's ideal for soaking in the sunshine and indulging in some people watching. The vibe is vibrant and cheerful.
Winter at the Barber's Bar is equally charming. The interior is q cosy haven, complete with a warm stove that adds to the ambience.
Really lovely place, the service is very good and the beer is lovely. During the sunny day would advise to stay outdoor.
Really enjoyed it here, nice pints and tasty food - even if food is expensive for quite a small portion. Really friendly staff and clientele. Pity about Irish pubs obsession with sport on Saturdays though. But I recommend it.
There’s always a good buzz around the place. Whether it’s students that can make you feel a wee bit older if you grew out your student years, or the local crowd during the breaks, it’s a lovely place to have a few pints and a bite to eat. Plus being a stones throw away from Manor street means it’s easy to pop over while also being a good bit quieter. Win-win. Service is ace.
On our visit in Dublin we had to come by to visit an old friend and made some new friends.
The staff, the manager and also the locals have been very nice and friendly.
The food was delicious - wouldn't have expected A-class Ramen in a Barber Bar - but we have been pleasantly surprised. Kudos to the cook!
If you come here and want to enjoy affordable prices, good music, a whiskey or pint with some friends this is the place to go. And you can also bring your dog!
And please do come here!
Dean (one of the staff members) really needs some rent money! 🙏
Just check out the bar with lots and lots of little Easter eggs hidden in every corner of the bar.
Thanks P. For making our stay unforgettable!
P.s.: Nick you have an eye out for him, till I come back 😁
